Aims and scopeGo top
The journal, with a four-monthly rhythm, aims to participate in cultural dialogue in the human and educational sciences dealt with by the Faculty.
To contribute to the elaboration of a new humanism in an integral educational perspective, with a particular attention to the education of women, the journal also values the contribution of the philosophical and theological sciences.
To allow for the presence of various theoretical, practical and experiential contents, the structure of the journal is currently divided into the following sections: Dossier on a specific theme, the Preventive System Today Section, Other studies and Bibliographic Guidelines with Reviews and Reports, Books received.
The contributions that the journal publishes exclusively - original and unpublished, of a high quality, in Italian and other languages - meet the criteria of scientific rigour and are in harmony with the vision and mission of the Faculty.
Exceptionally, the journal welcomes already published contributions, which are considered to be particularly meaningful and relating to the theme dealt with in a specific issue. Each article sent to the Scientific Coordinator is anonymously submitted to a set of referees who are experts - both Italian and foreign - selected by the same, on the basis of their skills and research interests.
For any other information regarding the publication of contributions, kindly refer to the Regulations of the Rivista di Scienze dell’Educazione and the Author Guidelines.
